Training plan

I’ll create a personalised training plan for you, tailored specifically for your race. Tell me your goal, anything else you have on during the training period, and I’ll build you out a completely personalised plan. I can provide anything from a 10 week half marathon plan to a 24 week ultra plan. Price – 12 weeks: £50, 16 weeks: £50, 20 weeks: £60

Training plan with constant contact

Tell me your goal and I’ll build you out a skeleton training plan, then we’ll chat once a week, to coincide with the end of your training week. I’ll get feedback on how your training has gone and set your training schedule for the next week, based around the other commitments in your life. Because there’s enough else going on in your world and your training should fit around this, rather than your life fitting around your running. Price – please contact me for availability
